Introduction:
I decided to make this game after playing some of the more recent Gen. games (Gen. 6-8 mainly). And while I still enjoyed them, I wanted to play and create something new that felt more like games like HeartGold or Emerald. So, I started to develop Epsilon, and I have finally finished and am now ready to release it. I hope you enjoy it!

Plot:
You're a young boy/girl in the Rhizo region, who is now of age to receive a starter Pokemon and start their journey. Throughout your journey you meet various other trainers, like your Rival Richard and Friend Layla. As well as trainers that may not care about their Pokemons well-being…
Overall the plot and setting of the game is pretty traditional. There's 8 gym's, an Elite Four, and a Champion. As well as an evil team who you must defeat, who's made their own legendary Pokemon (the only Fakemon in the game). You experience all this through various different encounters and various different environments. With the help of your buds Layla, Prof. Oak, and sometimes Richard, you can take down Akuno and his evil cohorts, and the Rhizo Pokemon league!
In the post game you are able to catch any Legendary from Gen. 1 through 5. There are various ways you can access Legendary Pokemon. For example, beat a trainer from another region like May or find them in a cave at a certain time of day. Furthermore, you can meet Prof. Oak at the Battle frontier to further your training.

Other:
The options for starters in this game are Treecko, Cyndaquil, and Squirtle. I chose these 3 because they're all one type and are all relatively well liked. I also felt like the first 3 generations starters are the most well liked, so choosing from them would appeal to the most people.
The gyms in the games are all straightforward and are all battle based gyms. This is because I always felt like puzzles or other things felt either kinda lame or uninteresting. You're there mainly just to battle the Gym leader and get the Badge. Also there's quite limited options for gyms in essentials. With that being said I tried to make each gym esthetically appealing and make sense for the Gym type.
In terms of difficulty, the game isn't too hard, but you'll need to level up to be ready for each new challenge. This is made a little easier with the EXP. all item you get pretty early in the game. Overall I wanted the game to feel harder than a game like Pokemon X or Y, which most people would agree is a bit too easy.
Lastly there are a few minor bugs in the game. Mainly that differing Poke forms will not switch their types unfortunately. For example, Rotom will always be Ghost/Electric regardless of his form, this also applies to Mega pokemon sadly. There is a reason for this, but it's complicated, and not something that could really be fixed. Also, the following Pokemon sprites won't interact with bridges nor reflective water properly. This is a fault in the script used for this, and isn't something that can currently be fixed.
Also, I should mention that the Mega typhlosion sprite in the trailer is not the one used in the final game.
Next Game?:
In the future I may release a re-imagined sort of version of this game. Something like Black/White and Black 2/ White 2, or Sun/ Moon and Ultra Sun/ Ultra Moon. I don't have any idea in terms of a release date for this, so just keep patient if you're interested.
